Android device not showing at platform device selection RAD 10.2 , Win 8.1 x32

Today, i was reinstall/downgrade my computer from windows 10 x64 to win 8.1 x32. and than i get trouble with my debuging device (ASUS Z00VD code name Zenfone GO).

Device doesn't show on selection. 

and than i follow the step:

Check on android device manager "Google USB Driver" status checked but it's doesn't work for me.
Check on windows device manager "ADB Interface" not complete instaled.
Download ADB Driver on http://dl.adbdriver.com/ 

And.. let's code again.. ^_^
